The Bangladesh Railway customer service call center – available on the number 131 – began operations from Tuesday, offering railway information, services and assistance.

A press release, signed by Bangladesh Railway Director (Public Relations) Md Nahid Hasan Khan, made the disclosure. The railway also sought suggestions from the public regarding the call centre, adding any recommendations will help the railway run this service more smoothly.
