The total number of Covid’s Omicron cases rose to seven, after adding the three fresh cases registered on Wednesday morning.
The third and fourth cases were reported on Monday and Tuesday.
The country first reported two cases of Omicron variant earlier this month. Both of them were the members of Bangladesh Women Cricket Team who returned from Zimbabwe.
Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data (GISAID) confirmed the matter to detect new cases of Omicron variant after testing the samples sent to them.
