A 35-year-old Bangladeshi national was killed in a road accident in Medina city of Saudi Arabia.
The deceased was identified as Muhammad Aiyub, hailed from Madarsha area of Chattogram’s Satkania upazila.
Sources said a vehicle collided head-on with a rented vehicle Aiyub boarded, en route to a place some 70 away from Medina Munawara, leaving him critically injured on Sunday (July 19).
Police rescued him and rushed to a local hospital where he succumbed to injuries on Monday (July 20).
The body has been kept in a hospital morgue in Medina.
