Banking transactions till 2:30pm during Ramadan

The Bangladesh Bank has fixed banking hours for all commercial banks from 9:30am to 2:30pm during the month of Ramadan.

In a circular issued on Wednesday, the central bank said bank officials will also be facilitated with a prayer time from 1:15pm and 1:30pm during the month.

After Ramadan, the office and transactions time will be reinstated to regular working hours.
