Bashundhara Group distributes winter clothes among cold-hit people in Panchagarh

Bashundhara Group has distributed winter clothes among 1,100 destitute in Panchagarh with the collaboration of Kaler Kantho’s Shuvosangho.

Winter clothes were handed over to 200 cold-hit people in Balavi tribal village of Boda upazila. Executive Officer Soleman Ali handed over winter clothes, said a press release on Sunday.

Boda Press Club President Nazrul Islam, Shubhsangho President Firoz Alam Rajib, Vice President Hridoy Chandra Singh, Vice President Imran Nazir, General Secretary Nur Islam Alif, Member Nayan Khan were present.

200 people were given winter clothes at Debiganj Public Club premises and 200 more people at Khonchabari Dhakaiyapara Mosque premises and 500 more poor cold-hit people at four venues of Panchagarh Sadar Upazila and Boda Upazila.

“We are working with commitment in good deeds. We have been able to deliver winter clothes to the 2,000 hard-working people of Panchagarh with the help of the chairman of Bashundhara Group. We are very happy to give clothes to so many people,” President of Shubh Sangha Panchagarh Firoz Alam Rajib said.
