Biman Bangladesh Airlines has announced to operate three special flights on the Dhaka-Rajshahi route from May 29 to May 31 to facilitate journeys of admission seekers to Rajshahi University (RU).
The RU admission tests are scheduled to take place in four shifts starting at 9:00am and ending at 4:30pm.
The flights will leave Dhaka at 3:30pm and reach Rajshahi at 4:20pm. On the return leg, the flights will depart Rajshahi at 4:45pm and arrive in Dhaka 5:35pm, according to a Biman press release issued on Wednesday.
Tickets for those flights can be purchased through Biman's website www.biman-airlines.com, mobile apps, sales centres, call centres (01990997997) and authorized travel agencies.
Besides, a five per cent discount on base fare can be availed by using promo code NEWYEAR23 when purchasing tickets on the Biman website or mobile apps, according to the release.
In addition to the special flights, Biman is operating regular flights on the Dhaka-Rajshahi-Dhaka route four days a week — Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Thursday
