BMA president infected with coronavirus

Dr Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin, president of Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA), has been diagnosed with Covid-19.

BMA Secretary-General Dr Ehteshamul Haque Chowdhury Confirmired the matter to the media on Tuesday.

He said the former BCL was suffering from fever and cough since Friday and on Monday his test result for the coronavirus came out positive.

"He (Dr Mohiuddin) is currently receiving treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital," said Ehteshamul Haque.
