BNP leaders ask party men to guard puja mandaps

BNP leaders asked party men to safeguard puja mandaps during the upcoming Durga Puja of the Hindu community.

They gave the instruction at a view exchange meeting with Khulna City Unit Puja Udjapan Parishad leaders at a hotel, reports BSS.

The leaders said BNP's Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman directed the party leaders and activists to act as the Hindu community can enjoy their puja festival smoothly and peacefully.

BNP's Information Affair Secretary Azizul Bari Helal addressed the meeting as the chief guest while its Student Affairs Secretary Rakibul Islam and Assistant Secretary of National Executive Committee Babu Joyonta Kumar Kundu addressed as main speaker and special speaker respectively.

City Unit BNP organized the meeting with its Convener S M Shafiqul Alam Mona in the chair as Member Secretary Md Shafiqul Alam Tuhin conducted it.

Among others, President and General Secretary of City Unit Puja Udjapon Committee Shyamol Halder and Proshanta Kumar Kundu, it’s Chief Patron Gopi Kishan Mundra and Convener of Khulna Hindu Buddist and Christian Kallyan Front Dr Pradip Devnath also spoke.
