Jannat, a four year old girl died at Sheikh Hasina National Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute in Dhaka on Friday night due to a fire caused by a gas pipeline explosion at Kasaituli area of Bongshal in the capital.
Previously, her two year old baby brother Mainuddin also passed away from the same explosion.
The deceased parents--Jabed and Sheuli Begum—are now undergoing treatment at the hospital in critical condition.
Jannat had 60% burn in her body while Jabed and Shiuli have 30 % and 70% burn on their bodies respectively.
Dhaka Medical College Hospital's Police Outpost Sub-Inspector Bachchu Mia confirmed the matter.
