The much-awaited Padma Bridge will be inaugurated on Saturday, and the Bangladesh Bridge Authority has issued a notification outlining several rules to be followed while crossing the bridge.
Five directives to ensure the bridge's safety and durability were mentioned in the notice received on Friday.
The first directive states that the speed limit on the Padma Bridge is 60 km/h. Vehicles are not allowed to pause on the bridge, and visitors are not allowed to get off their vehicles and walk around or take pictures.
