BRTC launches bus service for DITF-2024

Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) is providing safe and affordable passenger services at the Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) for the third time.

BRTC Chairman Md Tazul Islam inaugurated the operation of BRTC buses at the fair premises on Sunday, said a media statement.

The 28th DITF is being held from January 21 to February 20 at the Bangabandhu Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center premises at Purbachal in Dhaka.

BRTC buses will depart from Kuril Bishwa Road, Farmgate's Khejur Bagan, Narayanganj and Narsingdi from 8am daily for the trade fair. The buses will also provide safe return trips for the passengers on the specified routes.

Around 60 buses will ply the route daily and around 200 on holidays.

The fare from Kuril Bishwa Road to the fair is Tk 35, and from Khejur Bagan it is Tk 70. The fare from Narayanganj to the fair is Tk 120 and the fare from Narsingdi is Tk 90.

To ensure safe travel for the visitors, the BRTC shuttle bus service will serve until the fair ends.
