Bus hits three vehicles at Chuadanga, kills six

Six people were killed and three injured as a bus ran through three vehicles back to back at Sarojganj Bazar area of Chuadanga on Saturday morning.

A motorcyclist and the passengers of Alamsadhu and a battery-powered rickshaw were killed when a Dhaka-bound bus- Royal Express- collided with them, sources said.

Chuadanga Police confirmed the news to the media.

The deceased were identified as Sohag Ali (25), Sharifuddin (30), Raju Ahmed (45), Kalu (40), Milon Hossain (40) and Sree Shashthi Haldar (42).

The injured are Bablu(45) Akash(18)  and Alamgir Hossain (28)

The injured were admitted at Chuadanga Sadar Hospital, said Abdus Salam, deputy assistant director of Chuadanga Fire Station

Soon after the accident, locals blocked Chuadanga-Jhenidah highway protest the accident, halting transport movement.
