Miscreants set a bus on fire at Jirani bazar in Gazipur city on Thursday during the daylong hartal called by BNP.
Asaduzzaman, assistant commissioner of Gazipur police, said miscreants intercepted a Dhaka-bound bus on Kaliakoir-Nabinagar road at 9:30am and set it on fire.
No casualty was reported. There were a few passengers on the bus.
No one was arrested as miscreants managed to flee the scene.
