The Business Post Staff Reporter Anisur Rahman’s father Md Motiur Rahman passed away in the early hours of Thursday. He was 66.
Motiur Rahman, who was suffering from cardiac disease and other ailments, fell ill at his house at Pashchim Brahmandi village under Narsingdi Sadar upazila, and breathed his last on the way to hospital around 4:30am.
He is survived by his wife, three sons and a daughter.
Motiur was buried at his family graveyard in Shibpur’s Chandartek after Zuhr prayers following a namaz-e-janaza.
