CNG filling stations will remain open for 24 hours for 13 days from June 24 to July 6 to facilitate smooth movement of motor vehicles across the country during Eid vacation.
The Energy and Mineral Resources Division under the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources in an office order, issued on Thursday, gave the instruction to the owners of the CNG stations.
The order said the filling stations will remain open round the clock for five days before Eid-ul-Azha, and seven days after Eid along with the Eid day.
Currently, CNG pumps remain closed for five hours a day from 6pm to 11pm as part of a rationing plan due to the gas crisis.
