Foundation stone laid for Noakhali court restroom

Supreme Court’s Appellate Division judge Justice Jahangir Hossain Selim laid the foundation stone of a restroom for litigants and visitors on the premises of Noakhali District and Sessions Judge Court in the district on Saturday.

The restroom has been named “Nyaykunja.”

On the initiative of the president, the prime minister, and the chief justice, the installation of “Nyaykunja” on court premises across the country is underway, said Justice Jahangir Hossain.

Noakhali court Judge Nilufar Sultana, Deputy Commissioner Dewan Mahbubur Rahman, and Superintendent of Police Md Shahidul Islam were present on the occasion among others.
