The government on Monday appointed Advocate Md Saimum Reza Talukder as a prosecutor to handle cases at the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT).
The solicitor wing of the Law and Justice Division issued a notification in this regard on Monday. According to the notification, Advocate Md Saimum Reza Talukder will enjoy the same status as assistant attorney general, reports BSS.
He will enjoy the available retainer fee and other benefits. This order will come into effect immediately, the notification added.
