Twenty more people, including seven women, died at the Covid-19 unit of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital in the past 24 hours till Wednesday morning.
Two of the deceased tested positive for Covid-19 while others died with Covid-like-symptoms, said RMCH Director Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani.
Among the deceased, seven were from Rajshahi, four from Pabna, three from Naogaon, two each from Chapainawabganj and Natore, and one each from Kushtia and Meherpur.
With 66 new admissions, a total of 470 patients are undergoing treatment at the hospital against 454 beds, he added.
Some 67 patients recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours.
