COVID: 58 more die in Bangladesh

The death toll from the novel coronavirus has climbed to 9,213 in Bangladesh after 58 more deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours till 8:00am on Saturday.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) confirmed the matter in a press release.

Besides, 5,683 people tested positive for the virus during the same period bringing its total tally to 630,277.

The total number of recovered patients in the country stood at 549,775 including 2,364 new recoveries on Saturday, said the DGHS.
