Covid-infected Partex chairman MA Hashem’s condition deteriorates
Partex Group chairman and former Member of Parliament MA Hashem has been put on life support at a hospital in the capital.

"He was admitted to Evercare Hospital on December 11 after he tested positive for Covid-19," AGM of the company Nahid Yousuf told UNB on Wednesday.

“Several media reported that he has expired. Actually he is now in critical condition at the intensive care unit (ICU) of the hospital,” he said.

However, Hashem joined the BNP before the 2001 general elections and elected MP from  Noakhali-2 constituency.
