Bangladesh Army chief General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed accorded reception to the decorated freedom fighters of Bangladesh Army and others who secured medals in 2020/2021 for peacekeeping.
The reception programme was arranged marking the Arm Forces Day- 2021 at Army Multipurpose Complex where they also received medals, said a press release of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
A total of 26 Army members including six OSP and 20 BSP medallists were recognised in the reception event.
Army officials working in Dhaka Army cantonment were present there, among others.
