The United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) reappointed Dr Debapriya Bhattacharya, distinguished fellow of Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) as the member of the Committee for Development Policy (CDP).

Under Secretary-General of the United Nations Liu Zhenmin announced it on 13 December 2021, according to a press release on Saturday.
