Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Friday forecasted dry weather with a temporary partly cloudy sky in the country in the next 24 hours.
"Weather may remain mainly dry with a temporary partly cloudy sky over the country. Light to moderate fog may occur over the country from late night to morning in 24-hour till 9:00am Saturday," said a Met Office bulletin issued here this morning.
Night temperature may fall by 2-3 degrees Celsius and day temperature may rise by 1-2 degrees Celsius over the country, the bulletin added.
Country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 29.8 degrees Celsius at Teknaf in the Chattogram division and the minimum temperature on Friday was 6.9 degrees Celsius at Sitakunda in the Chattogram division.
On Friday sun will set at Dhaka at 5:51pm and On Saturday sun will rise at 6:34am.
