Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has predicted dry weather with partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours as of 9am on Thursday.
"Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country. Light fog may occur at places over the country during early morning", said a met office release on Wednesday.
Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the release added.
Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to West Bengal and adjoining area. Seasonal low lies over South Bay, extending its trough to North Bay.
Country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded by 29.0 degree Celsius in Sitakunda and minimum temperature on Wednesday was recorded by 9.4 degree Celsius in Tetulia.
The sun sets at 5:14pm on Wednesday and rises at 6:34am on Thursday in Dhaka.
