Former Education Secretary and Director General of BIAM Foundation Mohammad Shahidul Alam (76) has died of Covid-19 at Combined Military Hospital on Friday morning. (Innalillahi wainna ilaihi rajeun)
He is survived by his wife, four children, grandchildren and a host of relatives and well-wishers.
He was buried in his home town in Rangpur.
