Firefighters put out a fire that broke out at a building in capital’s Bijoynagar, Purana Paltan area on Sunday noon.
No casualty was reported in the incident.
The fire erupted on the 8th floor of the 10-storey building, said the media cell of the Fire Service and Civil Defence.
The fire service said they received the information about the fire at 12:10pm.
Five firefighting units rushed to the spot and doused the fire around 12:42pm, it said.
