A fire erupted near the emergency unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Thursday.
The fire originated around 1:48pm.
Fire Service Headquarters duty officer Ershad Hossain said three units of firefighters worked on the spot and managed to douse the fire around 2:05pm.
The extent of casualties couldn’t be confirmed till the filing of this report.
