A fire that broke out in the ceramic warehouse on the top floor of a 5-storey building next to Bismillah Tower in Chawkbazar of the capital has been brought under control.
Firefighters were alerted to the incident at around 10:45am on Tuesday, and the first firefighting unit reached the spot at 10:53am. Six firefighting units brought the fire under control around 12:05 pm, according to an update from the media cell of the Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD).
No casualties have been reported yet.
