A six-storey building in front of the Wari police outpost caught fire in the early hours of Tuesday which took 10 firefighting units an hour to put out.
The fire erupted on the second floor of the building, according to the media cell of the Fire Service and Civil Defence.
The fire service received the information about the fire at 1:55am, it said.
Firefighters rushed to the spot and doused the blaze at 3:10am, it added.
No casualty was reported until filing the report and the cause of the fire could not be known immediately.
