Police have arrested four people over allegedly beating up a conservancy inspector of the Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) on Saturday.
Md Sajedur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Hazaribag police station, confirmed the matter to the Businesses Post on Sunday.
He said that during the waste collection and disposal activities on Saturday (August 1), four people assaulted Rahim Uddin who is a conservancy inspector of the DSCC.
Later, the victim filed a written complaint against the four with the police station, the OC added.
