The interim government has appointed Mohammad Abdur Rouf (Additional Secretary) as acting Managing Director of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL).
A gazette notification signed by Assistant Secretary of Road Transport and Bridges Division Sharan Kumar Barua was issued in this regard on Monday, reports BSS.
It said Abdur Rouf was discharging his duty as additional project director (APD) of the Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Development Project (Line-6).
Apart from this, the Road Transport and Bridges Division under the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges also issued another notification cancelling the appointment of MAN Siddique as Managing Director of DMTCL.
