GSM Zafar Ullah has been reappointed as the managing director of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority (BHTPA) on a contractual basis for another one-year term, which will be effective from either December 31 or the date of joining.
The Ministry of Public Administration on Tuesday issued a notification appointing Zafar Ullah as HHTPA managing director for the second term.
The notification, signed by Ministry’s Joint Secretary Ashraful Alam, mentions that the renewal of the appointment is conditional on suspension of post-retirement leave and related benefits.
Zafar Ullah was appointed as the managing director of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority in the previous July term.
