Awami League President Sheikh Hasina, who fled the country, may go to London from Delhi, Indian media reports and TV channels say.

According to a report by India’s Economic Times, Sheikh Hasina went to Delhi's Hindon Airport by C-130 aircraft. The Indian Army is keeping an eye on her.

Sheikh Hasina held several meetings at the Ganabhaban on Sunday night over the situation surrounding the quota reform movement. In that meeting, she indicated that her decision to resign.

In addition, several friendly countries advised her to resign immediately. On Monday afternoon, news spread that Sheikh Hasina has resigned and fled the country.

Hasina and her sister Sheikh Rehana left the Prime Minister’s residence Ganabhaban for India on Monday. It is known that the military helicopter carrying Hasina landed at the Assam Rifles camp in Agartala. From there she went to Delhi.

Quoting a person with knowledge about the matter, the Economic Times reported that Sheiklh Hasina was going to London from Delhi. However, the identity of that source has not been disclosed.
