The High Court (HC) today rejected a writ petition filed seeking its direction to stay upcoming MBBS admission test.
“Rejected as being not pressed,” said the High Court division bench comprising Justice Md Khasruzzaman and Justice Md Mahmud Hassan Talukder.
Jhalakathi resident Md Taymur Khan Bappi filed the petition as public interest litigation on March 21.
Advocate Muntasir Mahmud Rahman moved the plea before the court, while Deputy Attorney General Bipul Bagmar argued for the state.
