The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Benazir Ahmed has instructed all police personnel to strictly enforce the restrictions imposed by the government during the lockdown
The IGP issued the instructions virtually to all unit heads, all police commissioners, range DIGs, district superintendents and officers in-charge, said a press release on Wednesday.
He urged everyone to stay at home during the government ban and requested all to follow health guidelines.
The IGP also sought the cooperation of all and assist the police and other law enforcement agencies in carrying out their responsibilities.
