Homebound people poured in different bus terminals along with Sadarghat launch terminal in Dhaka on Saturday to reach their destinations for celebrating Eid-ul-Azha with near and dear ones.
Eid-ul-Azha, one of the biggest festivals for Muslims, is going to be celebrated on Sunday across the country.
The suffering of the home-goers knew no bounds as they waited for long hours to get on buses and after that on the highways due to the long tailbacks of vehicles. Besides, they were charged higher fares to reach their destinations.
