The Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited has observed the World Diabetes Day on Sunday with a walkathon in the capital.
The march started from BIRDEM at Shahbagh and end at Matsya Bhaban, said a press release.
The pharmaceutical company that is working to produce medicines to ensure treatment for diabetes in the country, also launched an anti-diabetic injection named ‘Orsema’ on the same day.
According to a press statement, a weekly dose of ‘Orsema’ will manage blood glucose levels among diabetic patients. It will remove the hassle of daily medicine taking of the patients.
The injection will be available in the market in two doses — 0.25mg priced at Tk 350 and 0.50mg priced at Tk 600.
