Awami League presidium member Jahangir Kabir Nanak has tested positive for Covid-19.
Nanak, former state minister for local government, rural development and cooperatives, is currently receiving treatment by being home quarantined. His physical condition is stable so far.
Mohammad Biplob, his personal secretary confirmed the news to The Business Post.
He also added that the family of Nanak asked everyone’s prayers for his quick recovery.
