The fire that broke out at a restaurant in the city’s Jatrabari area has been brought under control.
Ten units of the fire service bought the fire under control around 8:00 am on Sunday morning.
Earlier, the fire originated around 6:07 am at ‘Urbane restaurant’ in north Jatrabari, and the first unit reached the spot at 6:15 am, according to the media cell of the Fire Service and Civil Defence.
No casualties have been reported yet and the origin of the fire could not be known immediately.
