Sufi Mizan Bhaban – a new building for Kaladi Shahaj Uddin Jamea-e-Islamia Kamil Madrasa in Kanchan area under Rupganj of Narayanganj, constructed with financial support from the PHP Family – has been inaugurated.
Narayanganj-1 constituency lawmaker Bir Pratik Golam Dastgir Gazi inaugurated the building at a ceremony on Sunday. An inauguration class of Kamil first year and a discussion programme were held to mark this momentous occasion.
Kaladi Shahaj Uddin Jamea-e-Islamia Kamil Madrasa President, and also a former commissioner of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Dr Md Mozammel Haque Khan presided over the ceremony.
Vice Chancellor of Islamic Arabic University Dr Mohammad Abdur Rashid and PHP Family Director Mohammad Amir Hossain Sohail attended the programme as special guests.
PHP Family Chairman Sufi Mohammed Mizanur Rahman was scheduled to attend the event, but he could not do so due to unforeseen circumstances.
