The Ministry of Land is set to launch a case management system so that citizens – as plaintiffs or defendants – can learn about the status of their land revenue and civil cases by calling the hotline 16122.
Easy, transparent, and fair management of land-related cases will be possible with the help of the case management system, since it will have a provision for online monitoring. Courts, attorneys, plaintiffs, and defendants will have access to the system, read a press release.
This digital system, built under the direction of Land Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury, will be launched soon as a part of reducing the congestion of land-related cases and completing the litigation process quickly.
