A handful of pedestrians are seen crossing and a few bikers plying roads in the Karwanbazar intersection of the capital while at the same time counters at a scheduled bank are seen empty and waiting chairs unoccupied during limited scale banking on Thursday, the second day of nationwide ‘strict’ lockdown.
