Metro rail service from Mirpur-12 to Agargaon has been suspended amid clashes between police and protesting students at Mirpur-10 since Thursday morning.
Metro Rail Director (Operation) Md Nasiruddin said a police box at Golchattar was set on fire this noon and the metro service remains suspended since 2pm considering the situation.
Besides, a traffic police box was vandalised at old Mirpur-10.
