Mobile courts will be operated in Dhaka to ensure people are wearing masks as a part of the government’s measure to curb coronavirus infections in Bangladesh.
Cabinet Secretary Khandaker Anwarul Islam revealed the matter to media after the weekly cabinet meeting on Monday,
“The mobile courts will start drives within a day or two,” he said.
The government is asking all to take precautions as coronavirus infections have been increasing, the cabinet secretary added.
The virtual meeting was presided over by the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, held at the Bangladesh Secretariat, joining from her official residence Ganabhaban virtually.
