The number of married couples is the highest in Rajshahi, whereas, in Sylhet, the number is the lowest, according to the population census report by the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS).
The percentage of married couples in Rajshahi is 68.97 and in Sylhet, the rate is 55.59.
On the other hand, two other major cities- Dhaka and Chottogram have 65.63 and 61.67 marriage rates respectively.
