Nine Bangladeshi youths on ‘Forbes Asia 30 Under 30’ list

Nine young Bangladeshi entrepreneurs made it to ‘Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2021’ for their outstanding contribution in respective fields.

The list was released on Monday. The names were enlisted under three categories - Enterprise Technology, Retail & E-commerce and Social Impact.

The nine Bangladeshis who made this year’s list are –

Rizvana Hredita, 28, and Md Zahin Rohan Razeen, 22, co-founders of Hydroquo+
Hydroquo+ is a Bangladesh-based startup that uses AI to improve water management which was founded in 2018. They developed systems and technology to detect anomalies in water and analyse water quality.

Morin Talukder, 27, co-founder of Pickaboo
Pickaboo quickly became one of the leading e-commerce players in Dhaka. It began its journey in 2016. Morin made to the list for the company’s excellent customer service, authentic products, and effective marketing, which helped the company quickly rise in the rank of e-commerce competition.

Shehzad Noor Taus Priyo, 24, and Motasim Bir Rahman, 26, cofounders of Gaze
Gaze, a Singapore and Bangladesh-based Artificial Intelligence startup, offers visual recognition technologies for online transactions.

Mir Sakib,28, founder of Cramstack
Cramstack uses AI to automate extraction of information from unstructured data to provide insights for businesses.

Shomy Chowdhury, 26, and Rijve Arefin, 26, co-founders of Awareness 360
Awareness 360 is a global, youth-led organisation, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It empowers young people in 23 countries to run community service projects.

Ahmed Imtiaz Jami, 27, founder of Obhizatrik Foundation
Obhizatrik Foundation works for poverty alleviation, education, health and nutrition, human rights, and other areas with the aid of 3500 volunteers.
