Nipro-JMI Dialysis Center has been shifted to Panthapath with a view to serve more kidney patients.
The centre, a joint venture between Japanese multinational Nipro Corporation and Bangladeshi industrial group JMI, will be operated on the fourth floor of Panthapath’s City Tower.
Japanese Ambassador to Bangladesh Ito Naoki inaugurated the Nipro-JMI Dialysis Center as chief guest at the ceremony, a press release said on Wednesday.
“We have been providing dialysis services using cutting-edge Japanese technology since 2011. Now, we have begun our journey at the same building where the Dhanmondi General and Kidney Hospital is located, to expedite the services provided to kidney patients,” Founder and Managing Director JMI Group, Md Abdur Razzaq said.
Dhanmondi General and Kidney Hospital Limited Vice-Chairman Syed Harun Aur Rashid, JMI Group Chief Financial Officer Jahangir Alam, Nipro-JMI Dialysis Center Limited Executive Director Kunio (Kenny) Takamido, were present among others.
