Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) will not issue registration for motorcycles without driver’s licence from September 15.
BRTA Director Sitangshu Shekhar Biswas said this in a statement issued on Tuesday.

“The registration authority will have to ensure that the customer concerned has a driving licence before issuing a registration number for their motorcycle from September 15, 2022,” the statement added.
