Bangladesh Railway (BR) will not arrange any special train other than the regular ones on the occasion of upcoming Eid-ul-Azha.
Railway Minister Md Nurul Islam Sujon made the disclosure while talking to reporters during a visit at Joydebpur Railway Station Saturday (July 18).
On the day, the minister also visited Dhaka Airport Railway Station, Tongi and Narsingdi railway stations, accompanying Railways ministry secretary Md Selim Reza, Bangladesh Railways Director General Md Shamsuzzaman and other higher officials of the BR.
During the visit, the minister said fences are being erected at the main railway stations in the country to bar people, who don’t have travel tickets, from entering there.
