Land Minister Narayan Chandra Chanda has said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has turned Bangladesh into a role model of development in the world.
"The premier has also been working tirelessly to materialise the dream of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and made Bangladesh a role model of development," he said.
The minister was addressing a reception ceremony at Khulna Dumuria Taromile Bazar premises as chief guest on Friday afternoon, reports BSS.
He said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina announced zero tolerance against corruption.
Aiming at the social and economic development of Bangladesh, everyone has to work to make the land service easy and the service will be delivered to people's doorsteps, he added.
The function was organized by Dumuria Upazila Chhatra League and presided over by Magurghona Union BCL President Babu Ahmed Taj.
Among others, Dumuria Upazila Parishad Chairman Ezaz Ahmed, Dumuria Upazila Awami League member Sheikh Abu Hasan, President of Maguraghona Union Awami League Master Neshar Uddin and General Secretary Suranjan Ghosh also spoke.
